Aluminium delivers the standing seam aesthetic at two-thirds the weight of steel — a structural advantage on long spans and renovation re-roofs — with corrosion resistance that makes it a natural coastal choice.
Our aluminium is Euramax premium pre-coated coil — 2-Layer HDP matte fine textures, 3-Layer Matte HDP metallics, 2-Layer FEVE fluoropolymer finishes and 3-Layer PVDF Design surfaces — manufactured to AS/NZS 2728, with coastal warranties of 15–20 years and up to 30 years inland. Every pan is roll-formed in-house to your exact widths.

Aluminium can't rust — cut edges and scratches don't creep the way steel can in salt air. Combined with PVDF and FEVE fluoropolymer coating chemistry (the same class used on airport facades), it holds colour and gloss dramatically longer than polyester-coated steel.
Correctly detailed and installed, architectural aluminium performs for 50+ years in Australian conditions — including C5 marine environments where conventional coated steel struggles. The system detailing (concealed fixings, ventilated substrate) matters as much as the metal itself, which is why we control both manufacture and installation.
Yes — both. Every panel is roll-formed and folded in our Gold Coast workshop, and installation is carried out by our own trained teams, not subcontracted. One point of responsibility from shop drawing to final flashing, backed by QBCC (1283171) and NSW (276164c) licences.
Yes — with the right system. For cyclonic wind regions we recommend double-lock standing seam, which mechanically seals each seam twice. We engineer panel widths, clip spacing and substrates to the wind loading of your specific site.
