We fold cassettes in-house to your panel schedule — in zinc, copper, aluminium, steel or UniCote Lux — and install with our own teams, giving one point of responsibility on facade packages.
Slight waviness ('oil canning') is an inherent visual characteristic of all flat-pan architectural metal, not a defect. We minimise it through panel-width selection, substrate preparation and tension-levelled coil — talk to us about matte finishes and narrower pans for critical elevations.
Absolutely — high-end residences use cassettes where large flat elevations need panel precision, often mixed with standing seam on other faces. The systems share metals and finishes, so elevations stay coherent.
