Set a street back from the sand at Mermaid Beach, this Gold Coast residence by Jared Poole Design wears a full envelope of Euroclad aluminium standing seam — chosen for its clean vertical rhythm and its resistance to a demanding coastal environment.
The aluminium is finished in Euramax three-layer PVDF with a Lumiflon coating, engineered for extreme coastal resistance — holding its colour and finish against relentless salt air and UV where lesser coatings would chalk and fade. The standing seam profile draws the eye up the façade and across the roofline in one continuous material language.
Precision roll-formed by Euroclad and built by DB Build, the result is a crisp, contemporary home that feels both sculptural and built to last a lifetime on the coast.
